Termite Protection & Treatment

Front Page Bottom Banner

STATEWIDE PEST CONTROL SERVICES, INC. believes, because of the destruction to property caused by Termites in Florida, that our relationship with our Termite Division Customers should be a team effort to protect your property.  We are committed to the idea that an “enlightened and educated property owner” is, by far property’s best defense against Termite damage.

It is wise to have an annual Termite Inspection by one of our Authorized Inspectors, who is also trained to recognize structural and/or property flaws or problems which can foster Termite infestation.  Recommendations can then be made which can prevent you, the consumer, from suffering major damage to your structure(s).

If a Termite infestation is found, treatment procedures can vary greatly; depending on the type of Termite (Subterranean, Drywood and Formosian).  Here, again, our Inspectors are professionally trained to communicate with you in a manner which will allow you to make an informed decision (having considered the pertinent treatment options and procedures available to you) which will result in the most effective treatment possible for your property.  If your property is infested with Subterranean Termites, be sure to ask about the new EXTERRAtm Subterranean Termite Colony Elimination System.  These system stations are to be placed 15ft. apart on Residential property and 20ft. apart on Commercial Property.  STATEWIDE is one of the few Pest control Companies in the State of Florida, authorized to handle this system.  STATEWIDE is also an authorized agent of the Liquid termiticide, Termidor.  The advantage of this product is that it’s undetectable to termites.  They neither avoid it or try to find a way around it, which is what puts TERMIDOR in a far more effective league of its own among liquid termiticides.

Once STATEWIDE has completed Termite treatment of your structure, it is placed under an “Optional–Annually Renewable Termite Warranty” good for the life of the structure for re treatment of re-infestation.
